Yeasayer's debut album came out in October 2007 amongst a slew of other releases, and was quickly overlooked by us. It wasn't until the beginning of 2008 that All Hour Cymbals suddenly clicked, but regrettably, it was too late to make it Album of the Week, or to put it on our list of the Best of 2007. Over the course of the past year, though, this album has joined the ranks of one TEAM member's Favorite Albums of All Time, so we're using the release of the vinyl (FINALLY!!!) as an excuse to bask in the glow of Yeasayer for one glorious, vinyl-spinning week!

the intensely bittersweet, fleeting moments of life where everything feels just right.
Smells Like:
warm honey.
Listen to When:
you feel like you need to break free from the claustrophobia of every day life.
Vinyl the Cat Says:
I like to make my bell jingle with the jangly jingles on this record!
